Before FDSL called TOSC Timor -Leste Open Source Community established in 2011 by a Student & IT Practitioner with the same passion for FOSS (Free and Open Source Software), we existed for one Decade, today we continued to exist because we are different and adapted in every situation when our partner and sister organization when left open source we continue grew up with FOSS. Now we are the only Organization that focuses on focusing and Promoting FOSS in Timor-Leste.
